Andrew Gorman founded Icon Surveys Group in Fort McMurray in 2017, carrying the discipline and mission-first mindset of eight years with 1st Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI) into construction surveying and underground utility locating. Proudly Indigenous and Veteran-owned, and a member of both the Northeastern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association and the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business, Icon works alongside and gives back to the community, because Wood Buffalo is home to the crew, not just a job site.
